Excellent customer service!

Dischem called me before my order was due for delivery, to let me know that some items were not in stock and that they would process a refund. I took the opportunity to ask about a product that I've been struggling to find and that has been out of stock on their website for a while. Less than five minutes later, the lady phoned back to say she found some - she arranged delivery, etc. without me having to lift a finger for "paperwork", and I received the items within a day or two. Very happy with the customer service at Dischem!
