Excellent Customer Service

I went the Dischem in Green Valley and expected the bad service I usually get from there but was thoroughly surprised by the cashier who encouraged me to open up a dischem card for great maternity benefits. She walked me to the customer service lady and emphasized that my forms get updated correctly to her. She was all smiles and super friendly the entire time. Her positive energy is contagious as I noticed a shift in the other lady’s attitude when she was asked to update my forms. What an awesome Cashier you are Nokutula. I now look forward to visiting the pharmacy again because of you. Your customer service is beyond awesome!!!
