Excellent Customer Service

I went shopping with my almost 2 year old son in Saturday (30 March),he just started throwing tantrums...I had stuff to pay for but I couldn't stand in the queue because I was still trying to settle him. The Store Manager (at Pavilion) ran towards me and offered to help me. What an amazing gesture, I was deeply humbled. If I remember correctly his name is Dario, thank you sooo much for such an excellent customer service.
