Excellent Custoer Service

My wife and I went to the DIs-Chen branch in the East Rand Value Mall. i was looking for some men's fragrance which was sold out, however the lady Rina, went out of her way to find out which branch may have the item. She asked us to continue shopping and come back to her when we were done with the shopping, however she came looking for us, having found two of the stores that had the item. She reserved two of the items and gave us the name of the person we could see at the Carnival Mall. Rina to me has shown true customer service and went out of her way to please the customer. i have taken a picture of Rina, but her surname is not clear on the picture. She is an amazingly, dedicated, customer-focused employee of Dis-Chem and i hope the company will take good care of her.
