They just don't care..my family or friends will never support them..i use to recommend dischem to beginners at gym for supplements...but that will never happen ever again.

Good day

On Saturday 30th September 2017 my daughter Kai Duma was due for 10 weeks vaccination. Booking was made with Monique during previous consultation about a month ago. Monique was brilliant and very professional during our consultation, she checked if the baby raises her head when laying on her belly, every question asked she responded politely and informative. She made us feel welcome and feel like part of dischem family. In short Monique exceeded our expectations.

This lady called us inside consultation room and made us wait for about 2min while she was attending to her wattsapp and after that she asked for the baby's card while still on her wattsapp and never bothered to look at us..then she asked questions very fast. She did not even bother to check if the baby lifts her head when laying on her stomach(only ask it as a question). She kept checking her cell phone now and then. As the baby was crying she insisted that her mom sits down and not to stand and move around as she tried to calm down the baby. She told my fiance to put baby on her laps while injecting her..was she not suppose to put her on a flat surface during injection time???

I was very disappointed and angry at the same time..thats why I decided not to deal with her then and allow myself to calm down. We do not need such people at dischem ..the reason I do not go to clicks it's because of your service until Saturday.. .I want to be your loyal customer but you need to deal with that woman..i could not get her name but my daughters name is Kai Duma and I am Gcina Duma.
