Error made - worrying for what can happen next time

Poor Service Unprofessional assistance in the case of medicine dispensed to another unknown person, on my medical aid profile. Not willing to assist in identifying the person whom signed on my behalf. Almost a month's back and forth struggle now already. How can you give out medicine, without identifying the patient, the patient name which was signed for, was even my own. I was not even in Jeffreys Bay at the time of purchase.
