Epic Fail Dis Chem N1 City

I purchased a lip liner among other items, via the online portal on Wednesday 12 August and was only able to collect Friday. For covid purposes, I left the packet with my items 24hrs and only check each item Saturday morning, only to find te lip liner had already been used. I called dischem N1 City where my items were packed and collected and requested assistance with the return etc, only to be informed that they do not have stock and someone from that section will get back to me. By Monday afternoon, no one had contacted me, so I went to the store, only to be told that they had looked and not found the same colour to replace mine. It is now over a week later and still no one has called me. Absolutely pathetic service from dischem n1 city
