Empty box

I purchased a box of 25G needles from the Highveld mall Dis-chem and when i got hom, which is in Eswatini by the way, the box contained no needles and just barcoded price stickers. i sent an email to teh complaints department and received no response. Like always another complaints department that is only there to create the perception of a resolution centre.
