Employees making remarks at customer

I am actually disappointed that there isn't an option to give a zero star rating. 1 Star is too much for the type of shocking service that i got from Dischem at Cornubia in KZN. I simply asked one of the employees for a specific product and he said that he is not sure if they have, so i made a simple request to please have a look in the back for me and let me know, so that I do not have to drive to another branch.

I was looked at like i was lower than dog poo and then this male employee walked away with another employee and while walking away in front of all the customers standing in line to pay continued to discuss me with the other employee and then shockingly discussed made the ugliest comments WHILST i was walking behind them! The manager came over and i told him what had just happened, he went red in his face with embarrassment. The 2 male employees were standing next to him and continued to smirk/smile thinking this was the biggest joke, not even apologising. The manager asked if i could please come with him to his office so we can discuss it there as he didnt want to be further embarrassed in front of the other customers. I just said no, I dont care if the whole store hears this. You dont want to be embarrassed, but its fine for me, the customer, to be embarrassed in front of the other customers standing in line. I will NEVER ever support any Dischem again. Clearly Cornubia Mall Dischem doesn't need my money. I work with the public as well and never ever in my life will i ever treat any customer like this. The customers put food on my table, so i treat them like gold. Shocking shocking shocking!!!
