I placed an order online with Dischem and my order was placed in the care of the Canal Walk branch to fulfill. I know as a regular customer that the waiting period is between 3-5 working days and Emma called to advise that the delivery would be fulfilled today albeit the store not failing to deliver within the waiting period. The fact that this wonderful person called me to advise that it would be delivered while apologizing just warmed my heart. People like Emma are scarce and when someone portrays such amazing service and initiative i cannot help but commend them and trust the Directors of the company will recognize the invaluable contribution of people like her.
