Effort made to track us down

On Sunday we were in a huge hurry as we paid for our items (including a jumbo pack of nappies) at the Dis-Chem in Farramere Benoni. Because of the rush, we accidentally left the nappies on the counter after paying, and we had no idea!<br> <br> This morning, a lady from Dis-Chem phoned to inform us that we'd left our nappies behind. As my mom had swiped her loyalty card, they had gone to retrieve the registration form in order to find my mom's cell number.<br> <br> This is truly excellent customer service and an example of going beyond the call of duty.<br> <br> Thank you SO much!!
