Efficient swift service

My Oral B electric tooth brush started to lose battery life. A full charge lasted barely two days.<br> <br> I phoned and queried my guarantee as I bought it just over a year ago. Denise pulled up my records and said just bring it in and we will take care of it, perhaps a small repair but lets have a look.<br> <br> Today I popped into a busy Midlands mall, the Dischem front of house were smiling and efficient and happy to help, they pulled my records and in no time at all they swapped it out with a new one.<br> <br> Fantastic. <br> <br> Good service needs to be noted which means management are training well.<br> <br> Thank you Dis-Chem.<br> <br> Regards Paul
