Efficient, kind and patient staff member

I had purchased goods online and some of the items were missing and I was overcharged for others. After sending numerous emails and numerous phone calls I reached Lineo Mokoatsi. I was highly frustrated. Even though it was in no way her fault she calmly assisted me and managed to resolve the issue within hours of bringing it to her attention. I can't tell you how grateful i am that I was assisted by her. She is efficient, friendly, helpful and an absolute star! Dischem, you need to promote her and clone her. If only everyone was as kind and patient as her. Thank you Lineo Mokoatsi, you have restored my faith in Dischem
