Eastgate Dischem Despicable employee behavior

Absolutely disgusted with behavior with your staff at the Eastgate Dischem branch. A woman who works specifically near the make up counters and free sample area purposely blocks and intimidates my 50 year old mother from coming near that area. How is this acceptable? On numerous occasions my mother has wandered to look at the dermatology free samples, as imp**** they are free, but this woman purposely stands in front of her or moves the same basket of samples she is looking at behind the piercings price boards. What is the purpose of this? Is she supposed to hide the free samples? I have been to another dischem in meadowdale where the staff is willingly assisting and offering the same samples. Now my mother is anxious to even walk into the store. How will this be corrected? Is this the kind of staff hired to help people with make up and skin concerns??
