Dus-Chem Promenade Mall service Sucks!!

Dus-Chem Promenade Mitchell's plain, has always been my number1 go to store for those essential quick over the counter medication but in general I have always admired their Proffesionalls efficient response and client service that always stands out for me, however this morning 10/04/2022 all of that has changed, I went into the store like always and went to get some medication and the pharmacist that helped me was rather new and still young sitting. On a chair slouching he's approach was like that of someone that's doing you a favour I asked the specific medicine I needed and there was one that was in the shelf in store and he's reply was "you can get that from the shelf here infront" I was like never ever in the history of dealing with dus-Chem have I received this form of service whenever I asked for something from the counter the pharmacist will get it for me and he rep**** "Well sometimes it's good that you get something by yourself" I was like seriously is this the same store that I'm proud to do shopping at? Coz never have I encountered something like this and I explained to he's colleague that stood next to him and he's colleague rep**** by saying maybe we were too nice all the time with you that's why you can't understand what's happening today......... I don't know what happened this morning but this behavior and service I received this morning doesn't sit right with me, I always enjoyed doing shopping at your stores as the quality of service is always tops......
