Due to *********** website paid R60 courier fee for a R36 purchase. Refund yet to be received.!

I ordered online from Dischem on the 29th Of May 2020. I ordered four items totaling R239.80 and paid R60 shipping. On the 3rd Of June I received notification via email that my order had shipped. Today it was "delivered"by Ram couriers. I was phoned by the driver refusing to ring my bell so that he could be allowed inside to deliver my order and had to leave my post at work to collect it from him. Then to my disgust i opened the box to find paperwork and one of the items totaling R36. this letter advised that I am supposed to receive a refund which I am yet to receive since the 3rd of June , it is now the 8th. What seriously makes me angry is that I ended up paying a R60 courier fee for an item that I could have spent less money purchasing at a store of which the Ram couriers driver refused to actually deliver properly. This is a disgusting waste of my money, Thank you Dischem for the complete and utter disrespect of my hard earned money.
