Drivers are hopeless

They employ courier who don't know where to go and when courier contact u he complains cos he don't know where you are. I sent him a pin drop still couldn't find it I went along road I'm 400m away from church stood there ten minutes. I drove along sat outside church 15 minutes this is a load of **** yesterday they sent another driver went to wrong place absolutely hopeless
