Drive-through COVID testing

Results are promised between 3-5 days but this is not the case. On day 6 I called twice and sent an email and on day 7 I still haven't received an SMS or a call back. I would have expected this type of service if I had chosen to go to a local clinic or day hospital not for a service I paid for.
