DQUIP Electric blanket controllers

The controllers on this blanket are not worth the money it cost. The first controller packed up a few weeks into using the blanket, I swopped them around. The second controller packed up about a month ago (end Feb’25) when we had a bit of cold weather. I made contact with Dischem to see if I can get controllers to replace the broken one. This would be the 2nd winter using the blanket. I can’t spend money to buy another electric blanket when I have not received the value out of the blanket (over R1000.00), it’s only been 1 winter and it’s fairly new. They have promised to come back to me as I wait in anticipation hoping that it’s not all in vain.
