Doors closed to early and refuse to assist.

Dischem Randparkridge. After a doctors meeting which only started at 4:30 (22 April 2020) . the doctor gave a script and I drove to Dischem Randpark Ridge to get the script. I arrived there at 4:59 pm and found that the doors to Dischem was already closed. I begged them to help out with the script as it was for my daughter and you just refused. Dischem this is my promise to you. I will not support your shop in any way possible going forward. I will take all my scripts (4 family members) to somewhere else. I will also take my yearly spending of around R30-40k to one of your competitors. You don't have any loyalty towards your long supporting customer and therefore lost your support from this ex-loyal customer. Good bye.
