Dont trust the baby programme

Dis-Chem prides itself in its baby programme and its " Free" Baby bag which bear in mind have some conditions too it such as spending a certain ammount. Baby almosy due with no bag. So perhaps i should have just bought it in the first place. Now headquaters told me the bags was send to the branch the branch tells me your name is not in the list. Please dont advertise all these things when you can not deliver.
