Had the worst experiences in this shop today 28 oct 2018 waited 40 min for assistance at the twisp counter which was 25% on sale and 5 tobacco for R225.00 Ending up at the counter to pay eventually the lady tells me theres no discount so i leave the unit holding the tobbaco on my phone paid for my other items as im a gold card member walk out the shop 5 step get harrased by head of security for not obviously paying for the refill tips .they could have just told me i forgot to pay Anyway this black head of security decided his robocop doesn't want to hear anything the white store manger even worse couldn't even come correct the black head security. I got arrested in public for 45rand coils for my twisp cause of a black head of security that has no human intelligence or integrity. Dont support this store cause they running a **** with this type actions.
