Don't support dis-cem

I have been a loyal customer for years but right now I am so disappointed in there services that I will not be returning as a customer. I placed an order on the 12th of July, on the 21st I still didn't receive anything so decided to call and follow up. I told the lady that I had ordered on the 12th and that I desperately needed the vitamens, she told me that she will print it out and see what she can do. The next day I received part of my order which didn't contain the vitamens. When I called another lady told me the system was down and promised to call back which she never did. On the 23rd I called again and was told that clear waters dischem is processing a refund because they don't have stock. Why did they contact me to let me know or why would they sell it online and not have stock? The service is ridiculous and disgusting. I will rather take my support to clicks which I've only heard good things about.
