Don't shop online from Dischem..

Purchased items from their online store, and received most of my goods yesterday. Purchased 6 x baby wipes but only received 5 and purchased pamper pants that I never received.. Was billed for all, payment was received for all.. No one notified me that these items will not be delivered.. I phoned the call centre to inquire why I didnt receive my items and cant get answers.. they just wasted my airtime as well.. contacted them via facebook and received a responce that refunds take up to 14 days! But I was not told that I will receive a refund.. very poor service. Would not recomend online shopping from them.. What should have made my life easier, now turned out as **************** with no feedback or help from them... very frustrating.
