Dont shop online

Okay, so I placed an order online. No communication except that payment was received. 1. Website extremely slow and unresponsive. 2. You cant track your order. There is a TRACK button but does not give any info. 3. The courier phoned me last night after 5:00 stating that they are at my work address. Told them that they must reschedule for the following day. The response was: Phone and tell them to reschedule. Who do I phone? Dis-chem? Courier company? do not know who the courier company is as Dis--Chem website does not specify. 4. Delivery as a whole takes ages.

Guys, I would recommend that if you want to support Dis-Chem to think twice before ordering online. It is a nightmare!
