Don’t ever use the Dis-Chem app.

I’ve placed 3 orders with them before using their app and delivery service. Order : OLD79229 - they delivered the wrong packages to my house and never corrected that error. Order : OLD79447- they debited my account and never processed my refund and it has been more than 30 days. Order : OLD990047 - yet again they debited my account and never delivered or processed my refund.

The number provided on their app does not work , it has been disabled.

I have emailed them several times but they don’t respond or don’t resolve any of the issues I have.
