Dont but DIschem sms vouchers online

I bought an sms voucher online from Dischem and paid R1000 for it. The voucher was sent via sms to my daughters phone by Dischem but when she wanted to do a purchase using the voucher at Dischem Northridge Mall in Bloemfontein, she was told that she cannot purchse because they dont find the voucher on their system. I tried phoning their manager as I am from Cape Town and waited forever until the line went dead. I made numerous attempts to phone Dischem head office but they just play music in my ear.

Is this a clever plan by Dischem to ***** from cobsumers?
