Don’t bother to try and phone Dischem Boskruin!

Why does Dis-chem Boskruin even have phones? Over the past few days I am trying to reach the pharmacy multiple times and not once my call got answered. Tell me really does a phone ringing for minutes on end just get ignored?? Poor to say the least!!!
