Does Dis-Chem really care?

Hi, I bought a lotion at Fourways Mall, and the following day, I realised that it had expired. I thought I could return/exchange it at the Nicolway Branch, the floor manager flatly refused to exhange citing policies and rules and asked me to go back to Fourways Mall. Which, I believe would make sense if the stores are not connected. 1- He did not even offer to call the Fourways Mall store 2- He provided no assistance whatsoever, no constructive suggestions, instead blaming me for not checking the date on the lotion container. 3-The least he could have done I believe was to pretend to wanting to help, perhaps charge me for a delivery fee from Bryanston to Fourways, but hey I had hope for a better customer service from Dis-chem
