Do not take your baby to this clinic

I visited Dis Chem East Rand Mall at 11:30 this morning for my sons 14 week vaccinations. To say the service was SHOCKING would be an understatement. I walked in and approached the counter one lady sitting behind the counter and 2 infront of the counter (the 2 ladies who work in the rooms) they did not move in order for me to approach the counter even when they realized I was there for an appointment and instead had me stand on the side. The lady behind the counter was incredibly rude and had no customer service at all. She treated me as if I had just walked into a government hospital and there is no nicer way to explain it. I waited 30 mins to be seen, once they finally saw me I was quickly told "no pram" and forced to leave the pram outside, space is an issue I understand but ask nicely and explain the situation. Once I was in the room, none of the ladies inside bothered to introduce themselves or even greet me, the one behind the computer made as if I wasn't even there. They had no name badges on and I have no clue if the lady who injected my child was even a registered nurse or sufficiently qualified to do so. I was told to undress my child "there" very rudely she injected him with not a care in the world left the meds and needles scattered all over the bed. No one explained what was being given to him. I was then ushered out again not a care in the world. I have been to many dischem clinics before mainly dischem Carnival and the service there is IMPECCABLE! I will never visit or support dischem east rand mall ever again and will make very sure that no one takes their babies to that clinic. To top that off they have staff members in the isles coughing out of control all over the boxes of vitamins that were being unpacked. Is there no care for sanitation or the well being of the people who will potentially purchase those items?

I am completely stunned and do hope that something is done to change this behaviour. Maybe a training session at dischem Carnival will do them well.
