DO BETTER DISCHEM - ONLINE SHOPPING DISAPPOINTMENT

I recently purchased Online. Order was placed on the 28th of May 2023 I received a text confirming that my Order is being processed by Dischem in Brooklyn Pretoria on the 29th of May. it is a week later and the order (as per the online process is being "Processed") its been in that status the entire week last week. I called the Dischem in Brooklyn to follow up as Dischem Clearly does not understand the concept of communication - and I was told that they don't have enough stock! and are trying their level best to source it so I can get my order on Monday - I know this is just bull**** to feed to clients so they can shut up and wait! WHY ADVERTISE A PRODUCT OR ALLOW FOR MULTIPLE UNITS OF THAT PRODUCT TO BE SELECTED ? or WHY NOT SIMPLY COMMUNICATE AND CONTACT THE CLIENT (VIA EMAIL , TEXT OR A CALL) TO ADVISE THE CLIENT ON THE HICCUP???

This is not the 1st time this has happened - i thought years have past and Dischem would have learnt from mistakes and improved on their processes - clearly NOT.. Only thing worked on is the excused fed to clients.

I shop online on a daily and by far Dischem is ALWAYS the worst Experience ever.
