dissatisfied

Hi - I was at the woodmead store this afternoon (17th August). I had picked up a product from a shelf in the makeup section - LA Girl glam palette. This was advertised as part of one of the 2 for 3 specials and thus was obviously available for purchase. When scanned for payment the teller informed me that there was no price on the system. She then asked a supervisor and then went looking for a price. I was kept waiting 15min only for her to return empty handed, stating that they can't find a price and are still looking. Instead of apologizing she stared at me blankly. I was in a hurry and told her to just leave it out. <br> <br> This was pathetic service - no apology, no attempt to even explain. I am exceptionally unhappy and definitely won't be visiting the store anytime soon
