Dissatisfactory customer service

Yesterday, I experienced the MOST horrific thing at Dischem Zevenwacht Mall. I was standing in the pharmacy line for about 15 minutes. After the long wait, I was helped by a very arrogant employee who is a 'pharmacist assistant'. He was extremely rude and belittled me in front of customers in the store. I was chased like a dog to the back of the line because I said he was rude! I then told him to give the tablets so that I can leave but he still refused to give the tablets to me. To, top it all off, when I said he was rude, he REMOVED his mask to ask me "I beg your pardon?".

I then spoke to the dispensery manager. I was told that he is under a lot of pressure and is usually a very sweet guy. Really? I beg to differ. I will not enter this store EVER again.
