Dissatisfaction with customer service from Store Manager

Ordered something and the store did not call, I made follow ups twice. On the day I went to fetch it, I was specific in quantity and I got less of what I ordered. When I called the store manager to help fast track the receiving the stock, she told me "we have closed, we will open tomorrow and check. Her resolution was deferred to Monday, which is three days later.
