Dissatisfaction

I bought medication at clicks +-6 and they did not have 1 , they gave me a copy of my prescription to get the remaining medication but at Dis-cem the guy refused to help me with a copy and demanded original and clicks le yona they want to keep original.what must i do now .who is wrong between dis-cem pharmacy and clicks pharmacy please can both pharmacy come forward.Groblersdal mall that is where everything happened
