Dissatisfaction

I'm so so angry with Dischem Highveld mall. I made an online order yesterday since I'm a new mom and can't go to the store physically, my baby was out of medication and diapers. I then called them after making an order and asked them to deliver same day as I ordered on the 25th of October 2024. They promised to deliver same day. I waited the whole day, they sent me an sms around 17.00 that my order was on the way. It never arrived. Today the 26th October 2024 still no feedback or anything. My baby is crying none stop. We don't have diapers
