DISSAPOINTING SERVICE

My Name is Engel I am really disappointed with the service I got from Dis-chem today, ON Friday the 28 June I went to buy test stripes for diabetic and the lancets, but before I took the lancets this other guy assisted me because I came with the sample of what exactly I was looking for on Lancets, the guy gave me the Acci-chek Lancets he said it will be ok because the look exactly like mine, took them and when I try to fit them on my Machine they were to small, I took them back on the 1 of July just after weekend and they refused to take them back, it was not my fault that I took wrong things their guy assisted me and how can I not open the packet if I want to fit them I am really angry and disappointed but their service.
