Dissapointing DisChem shopping experience

It is with sadness, dissapointment and great frustration that I write to inform you that at Newcastle KwaZulu Natal Dis-Chem they do not bother to open the Self-medication side of the Pharmacy, (happens many times) yesterday Saturday 23 March 2024 AGAIN we had to stand in the Precription side in a very long line to only ask for Gripons. There were 3 pharmasist on duty - how can that be short staff, because that is their excuse? We went to Clicks because the line were so long and they also had 3 staff members on duty but both their Self-medicatiin and Prescription sides were open. This is really shocking and poor service for a company so big and amazing service in the cities to shop in Newcastle and your Self-medication side of the Pharmacy is closed when they block the entrance to the Self-medication with walking aids so no one can enter.
