Dissapointed in service offered.

I changed to Dischem to collect monthly chronic medication. Firstly they dispense rhe day the tablets are finished. Secondly the they phonr you and say they dont have stock! What is the the benefit to list with them in these modern times don't they have a computer system for orders for set regular monthly stock. Then when you advise them you will go back to clicks they say they will call you back. Fuel is now terribly expensive, I cannot drive to Shelly Beach more than twice a week. I am a single lady and a pensionar. Now they phoned and said, late Wednesdays afternoon. This is not convenient because all my appointments were done for Wednesday before 12.00 in morning. Wednesday is double points. This now result in me driving to Shelly Beach AGAIN Thursday. The fuel is just to much. I live in Ramsgate. I have no other choice as to go back to Clicks in Margate Hibiscus Mall.
