DISSAPOINTED

I joined the Dischem medical aid and waited for any type of info I did not receive any contacts tried to call and e-mail complained after they deducted first months instalment and still no contact , when i sent a application for new account they phoned me in 10 mins , complained and received a mail when i rep**** they sent a sms to say that they were cancelling my policy , are they going to refund me ....
