Dissapointed client

I'm very disappointed and angry with service I always get at Dischem clinic in menlyn. The nurse that works there is not friendly at all or she doesn't want to work. I went to consult in july when I had a headache while on duty. I then decided to go to dischem "clinic" as I also work in menlyn. Before i could even finish my statement she just said you need to go to the doctor not here? Surprisingly and sad I stood up and walked out. She then noticed how rude she was then she said go buy MYBULEN tablets they will help you. Then again on sataurday the the 15th of july I went in again to enquire about the pap smear special for women's month. Guess what? The very same lady told me we are fully booked.HOW? because on the advert it never said they are looking for a certain number of people? I'm so hurt and dissapointed. Mxm infact i would never recommende anyone to visit dischem clinic.
