Disrespectful staff

I went to Dischem at The Reef shopping centre to look for a certain toothpaste. As I asked for assistance from one of the staff,he asked for help from another person and they made a joke about how I should be given a toothbrush instead,implying I do not brush my teeth that's why I have sore gums. I do not understand why I was made fun of and they suggested something I didnt ask for! That was rude and very disrespectful. They judged me,made fun of me and when I went to the store to ask for him they said he was not there,they hid him. I want dischem to tell me how do they hire staff that ridicule and make fun of people when they ask for help!! I am angry and disgusted by this.
