Disrespectful Audrey Dischem Pinecrest

Had my liquid face toner that I bought in December, it spilt twice in my bag while traveling, during that time and I obviously could not go to dischem since I was out of the city. I have been using the little bit left of it and it treats me well. Today I went to the same Dis-Chem( pinecrest mall, Pinetown )to buy another bottle but first queried this spillage issue when traveling. I told the lovely shop assistant this and asked is it safe to buy it again or she has any solution for avoiding spillage, she said maybe it’s the type of lid and that I should query with her department manager, I went to department manager Audrey and I have never been so repulsed and disrespected. She literally insinuated that I am lieing saying “anyone can come in and say it’s spilt” basically claiming that dischem customers are ****s. She was of no help but just respect saying there’s nothing she can do, offering me no suggestions but insults to my character saying if I could have brought proof or something. Firstly I was there to buy my products including the toner I just need advice no mention of refund I was literally there to buy but she thought so low of me that I came there for freebies worse lie about it. I have never been so disgusted by that service and it’s the first time in years of being a dischem customer that I experienced such. I ended up leaving without buying any of the cosmetics I had planned to buy. Absolutely upsetting!
