Unprofessional and Disrespectful Service at Dischem Lakeside Mall

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at Dischem Lakeside Mall today. The teller, Nqobile Shabangu, ridiculed me over a simple matter regarding plastic bags. She insisted that I confirm the exact number of bags before she began packing my items, despite my reasonable request to start packing first so I could determine how many bags were needed. Her attitude was unnecessarily rude and sarcastic, even going so far as to call me inconsiderate of other customers waiting in line. While this process may seem routine for staff, it is not for customers, and such behaviour is unacceptable. Ridiculing a customer with sarcasm is unprofessional and uncalled for. This behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable. Customers deserve respect and courtesy, not ridicule.

I hope Dischem addresses this issue and ensures proper customer service standards are upheld.
