Disrespect an terrible manners from staff at Dischem Wonderboom

Terrible service and outmost disrespect at Dischem Wonderboom. Last week I brought a prescription from my Doctor in Bryanston (who conducted a virtual interview with me and emailed me a prescription).

The pharmacist said because of 1 item they cannot dispense my pills. I phoned the Doctor's Receptionist who told me they don't have this problem with anyone of the Pharmacies, only Dischem.

The rude Pharmacist then talked to me as though I was something the cat dragged in as she tells me to get in to my car and drive to the Dr in order to get my original prescription or go to another pharmacy.

I spoke to her Manager who jus covered for her disrespectful behavior.

Today I went shopping again at Dischem Wonderboom with my Autistic son. He chews on his mask as a way to release the nervous tension.

He was pushing my trolley and as we we t to the OTC counter, the rude Woman went on a power trip telling my son to wear his mask properly or she will have him thrown out.

I then told her that they don't understand Autism, she then on e again spoke to me as though I was something the cat dragged in as she just snapped at me that I could have said so, but in the mean time she immediately went on a power trip attacking the child in stead of speaking to me as a parent first.

I find the staff at Dischem Wonderboom to be ill mannered and disrespectful. I will rather buy elsewhere from now on
