Dispensary or dissapearing act

Second time around forwarding my prescription via email to Dischem Dispensary (Wonderboom Pretoria). Needles to say, worse experience than the first time. First time, emailed and whatup the prescription. Rocked up at Dischem to collect..No, I need to give them 3 hours notice. (I wanted to collect after 2.5 hours of the email, whatsup). This time I thought, give them another go. Again, emailed my prescription. (9h30). Wanted to collect in lunch time at 13h00..thought that I would give them a call BEFORE collecting. (40min on the phone..holding...before someone other than I machine picked up)..Unfortunately I've got to wait another 3 hours because my email did not stipulate that I want it 'packed' for collection. My question, what else do you want to do with my prescription?? Maybe your adverti*****t must stipulate. You may whatsup or email..stipulate that you want it for collection or delivery on a specific day..then please phone to make sure that someone is checking relevant email address of whatup platform...I'm sure they can do better than this..but a 3.5 overall rating seems high.
