Dispensaries under staffed

I love shopping at Dis-Chem but find the customer service at the dispensaries at Clearwater and Retail Crossing absolutely dreadful. Especially if you need to collect medication between 12 and 2 when most pharmacists go on lunch! As an example, today at 12.30 there were 25 people including myself in the que with only three pharmacists serving. Then one pharmacist looked at the long que, took her purse and went on lunch leaving only two working. When I complained that Dis-Chem should have more staff on duty over lunch time, I was spoken to very rudely. I stood in the que for 45 minutes! Think I will fill my scripts at Clicks from now on.
