Disney Shop and Collect total ****

I received my stickers and booklet to put the stickers on in the Dischem store. They just handed me the booklet and informed me when I purchase at Dischem for every R125 I get a sticker and then I can redeem the Disney Items on the booklet. Today I took my booklet to Dischem Nelspruit (Grove). It was full of stickers all 45 blocks. I was then told I only qualify for a lunch box nr 45. I told them that I never collected any of the previous items on the booklet and they told me well you have to place the stickers up until the product you want come in redeem that product and then start again a whole new booklet. Nowhere on your booklet does it specify this, not ever your terms and conditions. So please inform me how I just spend almost R6000 for a LUNCHBOX. This is ridiculous you either specify this on your booklet or you let your employees who by the way Never informed me of the process only asked do I collect stickers???
