Disney popz

On 2 Nov 2018 I bought goods at Dis-chem to the value of R1405.95(8 pops) - I only received 11 Disney popz - I questioned this with the lady at the till as I was supposed to get 26 micro popz - I bought 4 dove shampoos(4pops), 12 Mithum Aero sprays(12pops), 4 toothpaste(2pops). The till did not calulate correctly - after 3 people made sure I am correct (and some with attitude of irration) I was told they can't do anything about it. I refused to leave and someone the suggested to give my pops out of the box behind the counter - suppose these are the popz customers does not want. No where did it say only 1 item - please correct your system so that if we buy more than one item of a certain product it calulates each one seperate. Otherwise this is false adverti*****t
