Made an online purchase. Was sent a message that the order was ready for collection. Upon arrival at store, was told that online department instructed store not to release the order due to an error with pricing on the online site. They are refusing to honour the price when they already sent a message that the parcel was ready for collection. So disgusted by their nonchalant attitudes.
